The shovel is an indispensable tool when digging, and it can also be used to carry sand and gravel. Low-quality shovel heads are made of pressed steel, and high-quality shovel heads are made of one-piece forged steel. So how are shovels made?
• Heating the 2cm thick steel plate to 1100℃, cutting the high temperature steel plate into T shape by shearing machine;
• The forging machine performs two stamping forging forming, and then puts it into the drum to flatten the front end of the steel;
• Several punches through the press to make the cylindrical shape of the shovel end;
• Put the drum again and roll it several times to form the front shovel face of the shovel;
• The press presses out the exact spade shape and angle;
• Heat the shovel in a high-temperature furnace, the heat treatment process of the shovel;
• Put the high-temperature shovel into cold water for half a minute, the heat treatment and quenching process will increase the strength of the shovel;
• Finally paint the shovel and bake it for five minutes to make it more durable;
